As we prepare for the Youth Symphony of the Southwest’s 2024-2025 season, we are announcing a few changes to our program.  We are proud to introduce our new music director/conductor, Dr. Jeff Quamo.   Check out his bio and 

2024-2025 YSSW Auditions

Please note: Location change

Youth Symphony of the Southwest will be holding auditions for string players for the 2024-2025 season on August 5, 2024 . The auditions will be held from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, by appointment, at the Chandler High School Band Room (350 No. Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225).


Winds, Brass, and Percussion will join YSSW starting on November 4, 2024 for the December concert.  Auditions for these instruments will be accepted either August 5th (live) or via video submission (video submitted to ysswmail@gmail.com) by October 21.
